The Strategy Intensive is focused on your business – and you!
The objective of a Strategy Intensive is to help you take a big leap forward on your path to creating a sustainable business as a vehicle for social change.
It’s a power-packed VIP session combined with 6 weeks of support.
The process includes:
A decluttering of your mind and ideas
Self-reflection and diving into your personal priorities
Getting clear on your vision and values
Deciding on your focus so you are not all over the place all the time
Understanding how your desired social impact integrates into your business model
Mapping out your strategy
This is not a cookie cutter or one-size-fits-all approach.
It is customized for you.
You will get results quickly.
Often what could take 3-6 months to achieve, you can get to the core transformation of a Spark Strategy Intensive.
A Strategy Intensive Includes
One 30-Minute Pre-Call to Create the Plan (via ZOOM)
We’ll have a call to clarify your desired outcomes for the session, discuss an outline for the day, and identify any prep assignments you can do to help us make the most out of our time together.
One 3-hour Strategy Meeting (In-Person in St. Paul MN or Virtual)
We’ll work together for a 3-hour sprint that I’ll outline in advance (with your input and designed to meet your desired outcomes).
You will leave your strategy session feeling some automatic clarity on your most pressing issues and/or questions in your business with some key actions rising to the top.
Within 48 hours you will receive a summary of our conversation along with a next steps action plan along with a one-page snapshot of your strategy. Other deliverables may be included depending on our conversation. (See below under Common Deliverables for more about this)
If virtual, a recording will be available.
Two 60-Minute Follow-up Calls (via ZOOM)
Occurs within 3 weeks and 6 weeks of Strategy Meeting.
PLUS ongoing support during the 6 weeks via email (for questions, review of materials, etc.)

Strategic Roadmap: A visual roadmap illustrating the key milestones, timelines, and strategies necessary to reach your business and social impact goals.
High-level Strategic Marketing and Sales Plan: Developing a high-level plan that outlines specific marketing and sales strategies tailored to your business goals and target audience.
SWOT Analysis: Conducting a thorough analysis of your business's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats to inform strategic decision-making and risk management.
Stakeholder Mapping: Identifying key stakeholders and their roles in your business ecosystem, along with strategies for engaging and building relationships with them to maximize impact.

Your Investment
The Strategy Intensive investment for 2024 is $2,000.
(50% due at booking, 50% due the day before strategy intensive session. If an alternate payment plan is better for you, I am open to discussing it!)
*I usually work with one person at a time, but if you have a business partner or key advisor, we can do a 2:1 session. The investment for the 2:1 Strategy Intensive is currently $2,500. There is a little more meeting time involved when there are two people. More than two people, we can do that too, let’s talk!
